4basebio's synthetic DNA vs plasmid DNA for mRNA manufacturing: evaluation by Vernal Biosciences

Vernal Biosciences has evaluated 4basebio’s opDNA® template as an alternative to plasmid DNA, due to scalability bottlenecks associated with plasmid DNA manufacturing.

4basebio's opDNA® template is open on the 3’ end, making it “ready-to-use” for in vitro transcription (IVT) reactions without the need for linearization. The resulting data from the evaluation showed that 4basebio’s opDNA® template offers a high-quality and scalable alternative to pDNA for mRNA synthesis.
